It very important  to have both of these attributes for employer’s now. They want you to understand what your doing and make sure that your “Experience and Qualifictions” are helping you.

Team Group training.
It always helpful when your a good team leader. It helps for when you need that one person to step up and said. I’m taking control of this. It also boosts your confidence not only of yourself but others around you.

Optimism
It always good to have optimism whenever your in a workplace. It good because it shows you that you care about the workplace and shows also your employer that your intersted in your job.

Work ethnic
It is vital to have a good work ethnic. You need to make sure you can get down and work whenever need and for whatever time no matter the cost. If you have a good work ethnic you will get noticed by your team mates and eventually boss.
                                                                                                               
 

Experience and Qualifications –

 
Employers are now looking for someone who can speak and write clearly and accurately. Communication and Teamwork are now very important like for example public speaking, presentations, and contributing to such as debates and meetings can only help you. You may have to work in a team day-out once in a while  but it only requires occasional meetings with colleagues and management to become closer. Either way, a willingness to co-operate with others and work is better for everyone.

 
Team Group training –

It always good to be a team or group whenever training. You can do alot of brain storming and come up with some great ideas. You can also share differnet opinion of each and other and see what the group think is the best opinion is for the better and which is the worst.


Optimism -

People who have Optimism within themselves or within a group is always good. Gets the people around them full of thought and what can happen if you do such and such. It always great to have Optimisim within a group of people or a team.


Work Ethic -

It always good to have a team or a group that has that work ethic to succeed. Work Ethic is important for number of reasons. To work and get the work done when needed it is very important to have Work Ethic.
